To fill the water reservoir of the Steamfast SF-623 Mid-Size Steam Press, follow these steps:
1. Place the steam press on a flat and level surface.
2. Turn the locking xxxx to the "Unlock" position to unlock the pressing plate.
3. Lift up the pressing plate using the handle. It will automatically stay in the lifted position.
4. Pull the water reservoir out. Note that the reservoir cannot be completely removed from the unit, so do not force it.
5. Use the included measuring cup to fill the water reservoir up to the 150ml (5.07 oz) line with water.
It is important to only use water to fill the reservoir and avoid using any cleaning agents, as they could damage the unit or cause injury. Distilled or de-mineralized water is highly recommended to minimize potential mineral deposits.
Remember to always unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet before filling the water reservoir or when the unit is not in use.
