Installation:
1. Unbox the treadmill and ensure all parts are included.
2. Place the treadmill on a flat and stable surface.
3. Connect the power cord to a power outlet.
4. Install the remote control battery (if not pre-installed).
5. Make sure the safety lock is in the unlocked position.
Usage:
1. To start the treadmill, press the power button located on the remote control or the control panel.
2. The LED display will show the default speed of 1 km/h. You can adjust the speed using the remote control or the control panel buttons.
3. Choose the desired training mode by pressing the mode button on the remote control or the control panel. The available modes are adaptive, automatic, and manual.
- Adaptive mode adjusts the speed automatically based on your pace.
- Automatic mode allows you to set a target time, distance, or calories, and the treadmill will adjust the speed accordingly.
- Manual mode allows you to manually control the speed.
4. Use the speed increase and decrease buttons to adjust the speed during your workout.
5. The LED display will show various parameters such as speed, distance, and training time. You can choose which parameters to display through the app.
6. To stop the treadmill, press the stop button on the remote control or the control panel. The treadmill will gradually slow down and come to a stop.
7. After use, fold the treadmill by following the double folding system. Make sure it is securely locked in the folded position.
8. Store the treadmill in a suitable location, taking advantage of its compact size.
