To charge the BOSCH EasyDrill 12 Cordless Screwdriver, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you are using the supplied charger that is matched to the lithium-ion battery fitted in your power tool.
2. Pay attention to the mains voltage and ensure that it matches the voltage specified on the rating plate of the power tool. Power tools marked with 230V can also be operated with 220V.
3. Insert the mains plug for the charger into a mains socket.
4. Insert the charging connector into the port on the bottom of the handle of the power tool.
5. The battery charge indicator on the power tool will indicate the charging progress. During the charging process, the indicator will flash green. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator will be continuously lit green.
6. If you are not planning to use the power tool again soon, disconnect the charger from the mains.
Note: The battery is supplied partially charged, but it is recommended to fully charge the battery before first use for maximum performance. The lithium-ion battery can be charged at any time without reducing its service life.
