To adjust the seat height on the Ergobase-S32 Office Chair, follow these steps:
1. Locate the seat height adjustment lever on the right side of the chair, underneath the seat.
2. While seated on the chair, lift your weight off the seat slightly to take pressure off the gas lift.
3. Pull the seat height adjustment lever upward to unlock the mechanism.
4. While holding the lever up, use your body weight to raise or lower the seat to your desired height.
5. Release the lever to lock the seat in place at the desired height.
