1. Keep the docking station unplugged and go to the j5create website (www.j5create.com).
2. Navigate to the Support section and click on Downloads/Drivers.
3. Search for the product by entering the model number or scroll down to find your product.
4. Click on the Windows driver button to download the latest driver.
5. Once the driver is downloaded, locate the file (usually in the Downloads folder) and click on it to start the installation.
6. Follow the prompts that appear on the screen to complete the installation. If prompted, open the file as an administrator by right-clicking on it and selecting "Run as administrator."
