To connect the HDmatters 18Gbps HDMI eARC Extractor to your AV Receiver and TV, please follow these steps:
1. Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI output port on the HDmatters HDMI eARC Extractor.
2. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI input port on your AV Receiver.
3. Connect another HDMI cable from the HDMI loop out port on the HDmatters HDMI eARC Extractor to the HDMI input port on your TV.
4. Connect one end of the USB cable (provided in the package) to the Micro USB port on the HDmatters HDMI eARC Extractor.
5. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB power source, such as a USB port on your TV or a USB power adapter.
6. Turn on your AV Receiver and TV.
7. Use the remote control or the buttons on the HDmatters HDMI eARC Extractor to select the desired audio output mode and adjust other settings as needed.
