To clean the Midea MPC-EC6012-WH Personal Electric Hot Pot, follow these steps:
1. After each use, unplug the power cord and allow the hot pot to cool down.
2. Gently wipe the inside of the water tank and the surface of the glass cover with a soft cloth soaked in neutral detergent.
3. Use a wrung wet cloth to wipe the outside surface of the water tank and remove any attached dirt.
4. Do not submerge the entire hot pot in water for cleaning, as this can cause electric shock and malfunction.
5. Avoid washing the water tank and base with water.
6. If the hot pot will not be used for an extended period, clean the water tank thoroughly and store it properly after drying.
