To pair your Phonak RemoteControl with your hearing aids, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your hearing aids are compatible with the Phonak RemoteControl. You can check compatibility with your hearing care professional.
2. Activate your Phonak RemoteControl by pulling out the battery protective tab.
3. Switch on your Phonak RemoteControl using the slider.
4. Set your hearing aids into pairing mode by switching them on.
5. Press and hold the volume up "+" button on the Phonak RemoteControl.
6. While still holding the volume up "+" button, switch on your Phonak RemoteControl.
7. Release the volume up "+" button when the light indicator starts to blink blue.
8. The Phonak RemoteControl and your hearing aids will now pair automatically.
9. After a successful pairing, the light indicator will be solid green for 5 seconds, and you may hear a notification beep in your hearing aid.
10. You can now use your Phonak RemoteControl to change the volume and program of your hearing aids.
Note: The pairing procedure only needs to be done once. After the initial pairing, your Phonak RemoteControl will automatically connect to your hearing aids when switched on.
