To set the countdown timer on the Omuriko Digital Touch Kitchen Timer, follow these steps:
1. Press the "M" button once to increase the minute setting. Hold the "M" button for 2 seconds to increase the value at a faster pace.
2. Press the "S" button once to increase the second setting. Hold the "S" button for 2 seconds to increase the value at a faster pace.
3. After setting the desired countdown time, press the "S/S" button to start the countdown. The "M" and "S" icons will flash on the screen to indicate the timing state.
4. During the countdown, you can pause the timer by pressing the "S/S" button. Pressing the "S/S" button again will resume the countdown.
5. When the countdown is over, the timer will sound a 30-second alarm. You can stop the alarm by pressing any button, and the timer will return to the previous setting.
