To assemble the Presto 06006 Kitchen Kettle Multi-Cooker Steamer, follow these steps:
1. Attach Legs to Base:
a. Place the multi-cooker upside down on a table or counter.
b. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws from the four mounting projections on the bottom of the multi-cooker.
c. Set aside the screws and use them to attach the legs to the base.
d. Position one leg, with the rubber foot facing up, over one of the mounting projections.
e. Align the hole in the leg with the hole in the mounting projection and fasten securely with the xxxx .
f. Repeat step d and e for the other three legs.
g. Turn the multi-cooker right side up on the table or counter. The multi-cooker should sit level with no leg rock.
2. Attach Handles to Base:
a. Place the multi-cooker upside down on a table or counter.
b. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws from the tabs on each side of the base.
c. Set aside the screws and use them to attach the handles to the base.
d. Slide one handle, with the xxxx hole up, onto the tab so that the hole on the tab aligns with the hole on the handle.
e. Fasten securely with the xxxx . The handle should not wobble, but slight movement from side to side is normal.
f. Repeat step d and e for the other handle.
g. Turn the multi-cooker right side up on the table or counter. The handles should be parallel with the table or counter.
3. Attach Basket Handle:
a. Slide the lock bar up on the handle.
b. Place one handle bar into one of the tabs on the bracket.
c. Squeeze the handle bars together and fit the other handle bar into the opposite tab on the bracket.
d. After attaching the handle to the basket, slide the lock bar down to the locked position to ensure against accidental detachment of the handle from the basket.
