To connect your Vivitek Corp D835 Native Xga Dlp Projector to your laptop, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that both the projector and your laptop are turned off.
2. Locate the VGA or HDMI port on your laptop. The VGA port is typically blue, while the HDMI port is usually black and rectangular in shape.
3. Connect one end of the VGA or HDMI cable to the corresponding port on your laptop.
4. Locate the VGA or HDMI input port on the back of the projector. It is usually labeled as "Computer In" or "HDMI In."
5. Connect the other end of the VGA or HDMI cable to the input port on the projector.
6. Turn on your laptop and the projector.
7. Use the projector's remote control or the control panel buttons to select the appropriate input source. For VGA connection, select "Computer" or "VGA." For HDMI connection, select "HDMI" or the corresponding HDMI port number.
8. If necessary, adjust the display settings on your laptop to extend or duplicate the screen onto the projector. This can usually be done by pressing the Windows key + P on your keyboard and selecting the desired display mode.
