To pair the SOAR NFL Unisex True Wireless Earbuds with your device, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the earbuds are charged. Connect the charging case (with the earbuds inserted) to a power supply using the included cable and charge it completely. The indicator lights on the case should show four white LEDs when fully charged.
2. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. The indicator lights on both earbuds should be red.
3. Insert the earbuds into your ears simultaneously. The earbuds will automatically connect to each other, and you will hear a confirmation sound or the voice prompt "Connected" in both ears.
4. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
5. Search for the pairing name "Prime Sports" in the list of available Bluetooth devices on your device.
6. Select "Prime Sports" to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound or the voice prompt "Connected" in both ears.
If the earbuds do not connect automatically as described in step 3, you can try the following:
1. Double-click the MFB (Multi-Function Button) on the left earbud and wait for 5 seconds. This may trigger the automatic connection between the earbuds.
2. If the automatic connection still doesn't work, turn off both earbuds by pressing and holding the MFB for a few seconds. Then, insert them back into the charging case. If the LEDs on the earbuds light up, repeat steps 2 to 6 to connect them manually.
