To install and use the equip POR-0202 2-Port PoE-Plus Repeater, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the POR-0202 repeater to your PoE-Plus switch or Power Sending Equipment (PSE) using a Cat.5 Ethernet cable. Plug one end of the cable into the "IN" port of the POR-0202 and the other end into the PoE-Plus switch.
2. Connect your PoE devices to the POR-0202 repeater. Plug one end of a Cat.5 Ethernet cable into the "OUT" port of the POR-0202 and the other end into your PoE device.
3. Repeat step 2 for any additional PoE devices you want to connect to the repeater. You can daisy chain multiple POR-0202 repeaters to extend the range even further.
4. Once all connections are made, power on your PoE-Plus switch or PSE. The POR-0202 repeater will receive power and data from the switch through the "IN" port and distribute it to the connected PoE devices through the "OUT" ports.
5. The POR-0202 repeater requires no additional power supply as it receives power from the PoE-Plus switch or PSE. Therefore, there is no need to connect the repeater to a power outlet.
6. The repeater is now ready to use. The Power, PoE In, and PoE Out indicators on the repeater will show the status of the power and data transmission.
