To reset your Jabra Elite 85t Gold Beige Wireless Headset, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the earbuds are placed in the charging case.
2. Open the charging case lid.
3. Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case for at least 10 seconds until the LED on the front of the case starts flashing purple.
4. Release the button.
The earbuds will now reset and all previously paired devices will be removed. You can then proceed to pair the earbuds with your desired device following the regular pairing process.
