To connect your Jabra Engage 50 Wired Headset to your computer, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your computer has Jabra Direct installed, and that it is the latest version.
2. Turn on your Jabra Engage 50 Wired Headset.
3. Connect the headset to your computer using the provided USB cable.
4. Launch Jabra Direct on your computer.
5. In Jabra Direct, you should see your Jabra Engage 50 Wired Headset listed. If not, make sure it is properly connected and recognized by your computer.
6. Click on your Jabra Engage 50 Wired Headset in Jabra Direct to select it.
7. If a firmware update is available for your headset, you will see an "Update now" button. Click on it to open the Updates window.
8. Next to your listed device, click on "Update" to open the update dialog.
9. Select your preferred language from the drop-down menu and click "Update".
10. During the firmware update process, make sure not to disconnect your Jabra Engage 50 Wired Headset from your computer.
11. Once the firmware update is successfully completed, follow any additional instructions provided to complete the update.
