The Jabra Wave Bluetooth device is primarily designed for use with mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. While it may be possible to connect it to a computer, the full functionality may not be available.
To connect your Jabra Wave Bluetooth device to a computer, ensure that your computer supports the following Bluetooth profiles: Hands Free (HFP) or Headset (HSP) for audio calls, and Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) for music playback.
Here are the steps to connect your Jabra Wave Bluetooth device to a computer:
1. Make sure the Bluetooth feature is enabled on your computer. Refer to your computer's user manual or settings menu for instructions on how to enable Bluetooth.
2. Put your Jabra Wave Bluetooth device into pairing mode. Press and hold the Answer/End button until the LED light starts flashing in pairing mode.
3. On your computer, go to the Bluetooth settings menu and search for available devices.
4. Select your Jabra Wave Bluetooth device from the list of available devices.
5. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.
If the pairing is successful, your Jabra Wave Bluetooth device should be connected to your computer. However, please note that the functionality may be limited compared to using it with a mobile device. The buttons on the Jabra Wave may not work for music controls, and some features may not be supported.
