To install the Hard Head 006402 Cycle Storage System, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you have the necessary tools for installation, including an adjustable spanner, combination spanner, cross-head bit, spirit level with magnetic mount, sleeve, set square, Phillips screwdriver, cordless drill, tape measure, pen, and concrete drill.
2. Familiarize yourself with the product's dimensions and descriptions, as mentioned in the manual. The system consists of various modules that can be purchased separately and combined to suit your needs.
3. Take note of the maximum load capacity for each module, as mentioned in the manual. This will help you determine the weight limits for storage and ensure safe usage.
4. Plan the configuration and installation of the system, considering the location of wall sockets in the room.
5. If desired, fit levelling feet (part no. 017409) to ensure the product is upright. Use a spirit level to ensure proper alignment.
6. Install the intermediate fastener (part no. 006406 or 006407) according to the chosen installation method. The manual provides separate instructions for each method.
7. Install the tool panel (part no. 022781 or 006401) using the appropriate fasteners and connectors.
8. Connect the storage cabinet, tool cabinet, waste cabinet, or corner cupboard using the provided instructions and fasteners.
9. Install the worktop (part no. 006402, 006403, 006404, or 022783) over the cabinets, ensuring it is securely attached.
10. If applicable, install the corner lower cupboard, tool panel, and top cupboard according to the provided instructions.
11. For the removal of drawers, press the catches on the sides of the drawer to release and take it out.
