To update the firmware on your Jabra Connect 4s USB A Speakerphone, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on your speakerphone and connect it to your computer using the USB cable provided or the Jabra Link Bluetooth adapter, or Jabra Link DECT adapter, depending on your product.
2. Open the Jabra Direct software on your computer and select your Jabra Connect 4s USB A Speakerphone from the list of connected devices. If a firmware update is available, you will see an "Update now" button next to your device.
3. Click on the "Update now" button (or the Updates icon on the left menu) to open the Updates window.
4. In the Updates window, you will see your listed device. Click on the "Update" button next to your device to open the update dialog.
5. Select your preferred language from the drop-down menu and click on the "Update" button. It is important not to disconnect your device during the update process.
6. Wait for the firmware update to complete. If there are any additional instructions, make sure to follow them to complete the update successfully.
