To clean the DASH DMG8100RD 8-Express Electric Round Griddle, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the appliance is unplugged and has cooled down completely.
2. Use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe down the cooking surface and remove any food residue.
3. If there is stubborn residue or burnt food, pour a little cooking oil onto the surface and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
4. Scrub the surface with a sponge or soft-bristled brush to dislodge the food.
5. Use a damp, soapy cloth to wipe down the cooking surface and remove any remaining oil or residue.
6. Rinse the cloth and wipe the surface again to ensure it is clean.
7. Dry the cooking surface thoroughly before storing the griddle.
Note: The DASH DMG8100RD 8-Express Electric Round Griddle is not dishwasher safe. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal utensils, as they may damage the non-stick cooking surface.
