To connect your Hitachi CPDW10N Smart Projector to your laptop, follow these steps:
1. Make sure both the projector and your laptop are powered off.
2. Locate the HDMI or VGA port on your laptop. Most laptops have either an HDMI or VGA port for video output.
3. Connect one end of the appropriate cable (HDMI or VGA) to the corresponding port on your laptop.
4. Locate the HDMI or VGA input port on the back of the projector.
5. Connect the other end of the cable to the HDMI or VGA input port on the projector.
6. Power on both the projector and your laptop.
7. On your laptop, go to the display settings. This can usually be accessed by right-clicking on the desktop and selecting "Display settings" or "Graphics options."
8. In the display settings, select the option to extend or duplicate the display. This will allow you to use the projector as an additional display for your laptop.
9. Adjust the projector settings, if necessary, to ensure the projected image is aligned and properly displayed.
