To change the unit of measurement on the JOYHILL CK650 Digital Kitchen Scale Food, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the scale is turned on by pressing the ON/OFF button.
2. Press the UNIT button to cycle through the available units of measurement. The default unit is the unit used in the last measurement.
3. The available units are: grams (g), pounds and ounces (lb:oz), ounces (oz), and milliliters (ml).
4. Keep pressing the UNIT button until you reach the desired unit of measurement.
5. The scale will now display weights in the selected unit.
