To set the time and date on the Casio DW5600E-1V Men's G-Shock Quartz Watch, please follow these steps:
1. Press the (A) button while in the Timekeeping Mode. The seconds digits will start flashing on the display.
2. Press the (C) button to change the selection. The selection will change in the following sequence: seconds, minutes, hours, year, month, day.
3. While the seconds digits are flashing, press the (B) button to reset the seconds to "00". If the seconds count is between 30 and 59, the minutes will be increased by 1.
4. While any other digits (besides seconds) are flashing, press the (B) button to increase the number. Holding down the (B) button will change the number at high speed.
5. To switch between the 12-hour and 24-hour formats, press the (B) button while some digits are flashing.
6. After setting the time and date, press the (A) button to return to the Timekeeping Mode.
Note: The day of the week is automatically set based on the date. The date can be set within the range of January 1, 1995, to December 31, 2039. If you do not operate any button for a few minutes while a selection is flashing, the flashing will stop, and the watch will return to the Timekeeping Mode automatically.
