To install the TOA HS-1500BT 2-Way Coaxial Array Speaker, follow these steps:
1. Choose the installation location: Make sure to select a stable and structurally sound location for installation. Avoid installing the speaker in outdoor areas or locations exposed to constant vibration.
2. Mounting options: The speaker can be installed either vertically or horizontally. Depending on your preference, you can use the appropriate mounting brackets for vertical or horizontal installation.
3. Use appropriate screws: When mounting the speaker to the ceiling or wall, use screws that are suitable for the structure and composition of the surface. Ensure that all screws are securely tightened to prevent the speaker from falling.
4. Safety wire installation: If necessary, install a safety wire to prevent the speaker from falling. Use a wire rope with a diameter of 2 mm or more and tighten it to take up the slack. Install the safety wire to a location that can support the weight of the speaker.
5. Attaching rubber feet: If you plan to store the speaker or use it on the floor, attach the supplied rubber feet. Align the datum line on the rubber foot with the positioning mark on the speaker unit.
6. Attaching a handle: The speaker comes with a handy carrying handle. Attach the handle to the top surface of the speaker using the supplied screws.
7. Equalizing with a digital signal processor (optional): For optimal sound quality, you can use a digital signal processor to perform equalization settings. Refer to the manual for detailed instructions on how to connect and configure the digital signal processor.
