To connect your Jabra Engage 55 - USB-A UC Stereo headset to your computer, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your computer has Jabra Direct, the latest version of the software, installed. You can download it from the Jabra website if needed.
2. Turn on your Jabra Engage 55 headset by pressing and holding the power button until the LED indicator lights up.
3. Connect the USB-A cable provided with the headset to the USB-A port on your computer.
4. Once connected, your computer should recognize the headset. If prompted, follow any on-screen instructions to install any necessary drivers.
5. Open Jabra Direct on your computer.
