2. Power On the Switch:
- Once all the connections are made, power on the switch by pressing the power button located on the front panel.

- The switch supports auto-negotiation and auto-MDI/MDIX, so you don't need to worry about crossover or straight-through cables.
- The switch will automatically detect the network speed and adjust accordingly.
4. PoE Configuration (if applicable):
- The switch supports IEEE 802.3af/at PoE, which allows you to power PoE-enabled devices.
- Make sure your PoE devices are compatible with the switch's PoE standards.
- The switch will automatically detect and provide power to the connected PoE devices.
5. Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- The switch has indicator LEDs on the front panel to display power, activity, and PoE status.
- You can use these LEDs to monitor the status of the switch and connected devices.
