To install the V-TAC 3369 LED Strip Mounting Kit, please follow the instructions below:
1. Start by preparing the surface where you want to mount the LED strip. Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from any dust or debris.
2. Take the LED strip and measure the desired length. Use a sharp pair of scissors or a cutting tool to cut the strip at the designated cutting points, if necessary.
3. Remove the adhesive backing from the LED strip, exposing the adhesive side.
4. Carefully align the LED strip with the mounting surface and press firmly to secure it in place. Make sure to apply even pressure along the entire length of the strip to ensure proper adhesion.
5. For additional support, you can use the V-TAC 3369 LED Strip Mounting Kit. The mounting kit includes aluminum brackets that can be attached to the surface using screws or adhesive.
6. If using screws, mark the desired position for the brackets on the surface and drill pilot holes. Then, align the brackets with the holes and secure them using screws.
7. If using adhesive, clean the surface of the brackets and the mounting surface with alcohol or a suitable cleaner. Apply a thin layer of adhesive to the back of the brackets and press them firmly onto the surface. Allow the adhesive to cure according to the manufacturer's instructions.
8. Once the brackets are securely attached, slide the LED strip into the brackets, ensuring a snug fit.
9. Connect the LED strip to a suitable power source, following the manufacturer's instructions for wiring and connection.
10. Test the LED strip to ensure it is functioning properly before completing the installation.
