To clean the Cuisinart SCO-60 Deluxe Electric Can Opener, follow these steps:
1. Be sure to unplug the can opener from the outlet before cleaning.
2. Remove the can opener lever by lifting and pulling it towards you. Take caution as the blade will be sharp.
3. Wash the lever by hand with hot, soapy water or place it in the top shelf of a dishwasher. Make sure to dry it thoroughly.
