To install the Smeg S8L1721F Universale Built-In Refrigerator, please follow the instructions below:
1. Before installation, make sure you have the necessary tools and materials, including a screwdriver, measuring tape, and a level.
2. Choose a suitable location for the refrigerator. Ensure that there is enough space for proper ventilation and that the built-in niche dimensions match the refrigerator's dimensions (560mm width, 1780mm height, and 550mm depth).
3. Ensure that the power supply is turned off before starting the installation process.
4. Remove all packaging materials and accessories from the refrigerator.
5. Adjust the sliding hinge to the desired position (right hinge position is the default). If you need to change the hinge position to the left, refer to the manual for instructions on how to do so.
6. Carefully slide the refrigerator into the built-in niche, ensuring it is level and aligned properly.
7. Secure the refrigerator to the surrounding cabinets using the provided screws or brackets. Refer to the manual for specific instructions on how to secure the refrigerator.
8. Once the refrigerator is securely installed, connect it to a grounded power outlet using the provided power supply cable. Ensure that the voltage (230-240V) and frequency (50Hz) match your electrical supply.
9. Turn on the power supply and set the desired temperature using the electronic temperature control. The LED display on the interior of the refrigerator will show the current temperature settings.
10. Allow the refrigerator to cool down for a few hours before placing any food inside.
