To update the firmware on your Jabra Engage 55 Mono MS USB-C Wireless Headset, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of Jabra Direct installed on your computer. Jabra Direct is the software that allows you to manage and update your Jabra devices. You can download the latest version of Jabra Direct from the official Jabra website.
