To set up your personal data on the Scarlett SC-BS33ED11 Bathroom Scale, please follow these steps:
1. Open the battery compartment on the scale and remove the protective film. Close the compartment.
2. By default, the scale is set to stones. On the rear panel of the scale, there is a switch for selecting "kilos" or "pounds" as units of measurement. Choose the desired unit.
3. Step on the scale to switch it on.
4. Wait for a few seconds until "0.0" is displayed.
5. Push the SET button. The first storage location (USER0) will light up on the display.
6. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set your height in centimeters (cm). Confirm the entered value by pushing the SET button.
7. The display will then prompt you to enter your age. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set your age. Confirm the entered value by pushing the SET button.
8. The display will show your weight as "0.0 KG" and a user name, for example, USER2. Begin weighing by standing still until the reading settles.
9. During the measurement, ensure there is no contact between both feet, calves, shanks, or thighs, as this may affect the accuracy of the measurement.
10. After weighing, the display will show your weight, followed by the percentage of body fat (FAT) and body water (TBW) in percentage ratio.
11. Refer to the table provided in the manual to interpret your body fat and body water percentages based on your age and gender.
Note: If you encounter any error messages or issues with the scale, refer to the manual for troubleshooting steps or contact the nearest seller for assistance.
