To start recording data with the Dwyer HTDL-20/30 Series High Temperature Data Logger, follow these steps:
1. Connect the data logger to the Model HTDL-DS docking station.
2. Insert one end of the cable into the docking station and the other end into your PC.
3. Download and install the software from the Dwyer website (www.dwyer-inst.com) by following the onscreen instructions.
4. Once the software is installed, open it and select the "Device" tab.
5. Choose the desired reading rate, preferred method for starting the logger, and alarm settings.
6. Click the "Start" button to begin recording data.
7. The logger will stop recording when the device is full or when you select "Stop Device" from the menu.
Note: Starting the device erases all data currently stored in the logger, so make sure to download any existing data before starting a new recording.
For more detailed information on using the HTDL-DS software, please consult the Software Manual provided by Dwyer.
