To clean the metal grease filters on the ETNA AB660, AB690 Cooker Hood, follow these steps:
1. Remove the filters one by one by pulling on their release handles.
2. Clean the filters with neutral cleaning agents, either by hand or in the dishwasher at low temperatures using a short program.
3. If using a dishwasher, place the grease filters in the dishwasher with the openings facing down so that water can run out.
4. After cleaning, rinse the filters with clean water.
5. Note that aluminium grease filters may become dull from the cleaning agents in the dishwasher, but this is normal and does not affect their functioning.
6. Once cleaned, reattach the filters back into the cooker hood.
It is recommended to clean the metal grease filters once per month or as indicated by the filter cleaning indicator, if present on the model. Regular cleaning of the filters helps maintain the performance and efficiency of the cooker hood.
Please refer to the "Maintenance" section of the instruction manual for more detailed instructions and safety precautions when cleaning the appliance.
