To properly install the KEMPPI X5702040000 Wire Feeder Hanger for Boom, please follow these steps:
1. Gather the necessary hardware:
- CU 16x22x1.5 washer
- DIN7603A washer
- M10 DIN 8.8 bolt
- Three M10 nuts
2. Position the wire feeder hanger on the boom in the desired location.
3. Place the CU 16x22x1.5 washer onto the M10 DIN 8.8 bolt.
4. Insert the bolt through the hole on the wire feeder hanger and the boom.
5. Place the DIN7603A washer onto the bolt, followed by one M10 nut.
6. Tighten the nut securely, but do not overtighten.
7. Repeat steps 3-6 for the remaining two holes on the wire feeder hanger.
8. Once all three bolts are securely fastened, double-check the tightness of all nuts to ensure proper installation.
