To charge the battery of the HILTI NCT 53 C-22 Aluminium Cordless, follow these steps:
1. Make sure that the contacts on the welding machine and the contacts on the charger are clean and dry.
2. Connect the charging cord to the charger and to the welding machine.
3. Plug the supply cord plug into a power outlet.
4. The power-in indicator and the charge indicator on the charger will show steadily.
5. The battery charge state indicator on the welding machine will flash and the segments will show the battery's current state of charge.
6. If you want to charge the battery more quickly, press the quick charge button.
7. The power-in indicator and the quick charge indicator on the charger will show steadily.
8. The battery charge state indicator on the welding machine will flash and the segments will show the battery's current state of charge.
9. When the battery is fully charged, the charger will automatically switch to the maintenance mode.
10. On the charger, the power-in indicator and the fully-charged indicator will show steadily. On the welding machine, all segments of the battery charge state indicator will show.
11. Finally, disconnect the supply cord plug from the power outlet and disconnect the connection between the charger and welding machine.
