To pair your Roger On device with the myRogerMic app, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure your smartphone's Bluetooth is turned on. You can usually do this by going to your phone's settings and finding the Bluetooth option.
2. Open the myRogerMic app on your smartphone.
3. On the app's home screen, click on "Next" or "Skip" to bypass the onboarding information.
4. You will be presented with a privacy notice. Click on "I agree" to accept the privacy notice and continue.
5. The app may ask for your permission to share anonymized usage data for product improvement. Choose either "I agree" or "No, thanks" based on your preference.
6. The app will now search for available Roger On devices. Make sure your Roger On device is turned on and within range of your smartphone.
7. Once the app detects your Roger On device, it will be displayed in a list on the screen. Tap on your Roger On device to select it.
8. The app will complete the pairing process, and you will see a confirmation message that the pairing is complete.
9. Tap "Ok" to access the main screen of the myRogerMic app.
If you encounter any issues during the pairing process, refer to the troubleshooting section in the user guide or try the following:
- Make sure your smartphone's Bluetooth is activated.
- If you have an iPhone, tap on "Open settings" to activate Bluetooth. If you have an Android device, tap on "Activate now" to activate Bluetooth.
- On Android devices, enable location services when pairing Bluetooth devices for the first time. You can disable location services after the initial setup.
- If the pairing fails, you can tap "Try again" to restart the pairing process or close the app and start over from the beginning.
