To connect the LODVIE Wireless Optical Mouse to your computer via Bluetooth, please follow these steps:
1. Insert one AA dry battery into the mouse with the correct polarity.
2. Press and hold the pairing button on the bottom of the mouse for 3 seconds. The red LED light under the DPI button will start flashing, indicating that the mouse has entered Bluetooth pairing mode.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth on your laptop. If you are using Windows 7 or earlier systems, select "BT3.0 Mouse" from the Bluetooth devices list. For Windows 8 or later systems, iOS, or macOS, select "BT5.0 Mouse".
4. Once the connection is successful, you can start using the mouse.
Note: "BT3.0" stands for "Bluetooth 3.0" and "BT5.0" stands for "Bluetooth 5.0". Make sure to select the appropriate option based on your computer's Bluetooth version.
If you encounter any connection problems, here are some solutions you can try:
1. Empty the Bluetooth list on your computer and try the pairing process again.
2. Remove the battery from the mouse and reinsert it with the correct polarity.
3. Long press the Bluetooth pairing button for 3 seconds and release it until the DPI button flashes.
4. Ensure that you have selected the correct Bluetooth option based on your computer's operating system.
5. If the issue persists, you can repeat the above steps a few times. If the problem still cannot be resolved, please contact our Customer Service for further assistance.
Please note that any changes or modifications not approved by the responsible party may void the equipment's authority to operate. The LODVIE Wireless Optical Mouse complies with FCC rules and radiation exposure limits.
