To fill the water tank of the Zelmer ZGS1700 Garment Steamer, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the power supply.
2. Press the two buttons at the same time to remove the water tank. Pull out the water tank from the appliance.
3. Remove the water inlet stopper located on the water tank.
4. Fill the water tank with a maximum of 220 ml of untreated tap water. Do not use pure demineralized or distilled water, scented or softened water, rainwater, filtered water, bottled water, or boiled water, as these may damage the appliance.
5. Close the water inlet stopper securely.
6. Return the water tank to its place on the appliance.
7. Plug in the appliance and it is ready to use.
Please note that if your water is very hard, it is recommended to mix 50% untreated tap water with 50% distilled water to prevent any potential damage to the appliance.
