To assemble the GREEN CUT GGT1200C Petrol Brushcutter, follow these steps:
1. Loosen the axle connecting xxxx and remove the upper and lower bar protectors.
2. Connect the top bar and bottom bar through the shaft connector in the correct direction until it locks. Tighten the axle connector xxxx .
3. Connect the handle to the top bar with the two screws, washers, and nuts.
4. Mount the head protector with 3 screws.
5. Remove the pin, nut, upper bracket, and lower bracket.
6. Fix the protector to the clamping shaft with the 3 screws provided.
7. xxxx the semi-automatic reel onto the output shaft by turning it counterclockwise.
8. Remove the pin and insert the Allen key into the opening on the rear side of the cutting blade to prevent the output shaft from turning.
9. Loosen the nut with the socket spanner by turning it clockwise and then remove the upper bracket and the blade from the lower bracket.
10. Install the semi-automatic reel onto the output shaft by turning it counterclockwise.
11. Remove the Allen key.
