To change the unit of measurement on the MasterChef Kitchen Scale with Bowl, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the scale is turned on by pushing the M-swirl logo in the middle of the scale for about 2 seconds.
2. Under the "Weighing" mode, touch the "UNIT" key on the scale.
3. The display will show the current unit of measurement (e.g., grams or ounces).
4. Touch the "UNIT" key again to cycle through the available units of measurement: grams (g), kilograms (kg), ounces (oz), pounds and ounces (lb:oz), fluid ounces (fl'oz), and milliliters (ml).
5. Stop at the desired unit of measurement.
6. The scale will now display weights in the selected unit of measurement.
