To install the battery in the Milwaukee M12 PAL Pivoting Area Light, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the light is turned off and the power switch is in the off position.
2. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the light.
3. Slide the battery pack into the compartment, aligning the contacts on the battery with the contacts in the compartment.
4. Push the battery pack firmly into place until it clicks into position.
5. Ensure that the battery is securely installed before using the light.
