To connect Devialet Dione to your TV, you can use either an HDMI cable or a TOSLINK optical cable, depending on the available ports on your TV.
If your TV has an HDMI port labeled eARC/ARC, it is recommended to use an HDMI cable for the best audio quality. Simply connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI eARC/ARC port on your TV and the other end to the HDMI port on Devialet Dione.
If your TV does not have an HDMI eARC/ARC port, you can use a TOSLINK optical cable instead. Connect one end of the optical cable to the TOSLINK optical port on your TV and the other end to the optical port on Devialet Dione.
After connecting the audio cable, plug Devialet Dione into a power outlet and wait until the indicator light stops flashing. Then, download and launch the Devialet app on your iOS or Android device and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Before you start listening, make sure to check your TV's audio settings and set the audio output to HDMI eARC/ARC or Optical, depending on the type of cable you are using to connect Devialet Dione to the TV.
