The Elite Gourmet ERC-2010B Electric Rice Cooker has a capacity of 2 liters, which is equivalent to approximately 10 cups of cooked white rice or 8 cups of cooked brown rice. It is important to note that the water lines inside the inner pot are specifically designed for white rice. If you are cooking brown rice or other types of rice, you may need to adjust the water level accordingly. Please refer to the rice/water measurement chart provided in the instruction manual for more specific guidelines on rice and water measurements.
