No, the NHT Atmos Mini Add-On Module Speaker is designed to be used with Atmos-compatible receivers and surround sound systems that support Dolby Atmos technology. In order to use these speakers, you must have an AVR receiver that can play movies with an encoded audio track and a Dolby Labs Atmos Technology surround sound system. The Vizio S5451W-C2 5.1 system does not support Dolby Atmos, so it would not be compatible with the NHT Atmos Mini Add-On Module Speaker.
