To adjust the temperature on the Primevolve YND-1200D Ceramic Desk Heater, you can use the touchable panel or the remote control. On the touchable panel, press the "UP" button to increase the temperature. Unfortunately, there is no "DOWN" button to decrease the temperature. However, you can switch to a lower heat setting by pressing the mode button on the touchable panel or the remote control. The heater has two heat settings: high (1500 watts) and low (1000 watts). Additionally, you can set the heater to the thermostat-controlled setting, which will automatically maintain a comfortable temperature in the room.
