To use the grill/griddle plate on the Nuwave Bravo XL with Grill/Griddle Plate Smart Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Place the grill/griddle plate on the cooking rack inside the oven.
2. Preheat the oven to the desired temperature using the smart digital thermostat.
3. Once the oven is preheated, place the food you want to grill or griddle on the plate.
4. Set the appropriate doneness temperature on the smart digital thermostat.
5. Close the oven door and let the Bravo XL handle the rest of the cooking process.
6. Monitor the cooking progress using the smart thermometer to ensure your food reaches the desired temperature.
7. Once the food is cooked to your liking, carefully remove it from the oven using oven mitts or heat-resistant gloves.
8. Allow the grill/griddle plate to cool down before cleaning it.
