To connect your laptop to the Hitachi CP-X2542WN USB HDMI Projector, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that both your laptop and the projector are turned off.
2. Locate the HDMI input port on the back of the projector.
3. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI output port on your laptop.
4. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI input port on the projector.
5. Turn on your laptop and the projector.
6. Press the "Input" button on the projector's remote control or the control panel on the projector itself.
7. Use the arrow buttons on the remote control or the control panel to select the HDMI input source.
