To connect the dreame D9 Robot Vacuum to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app, please follow these steps:
1. Download and install the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app from the App Store or scan the QR code provided in the user manual.
2. Open the app and tap on the "+" icon in the upper right corner to add a device.
3. Tap on the top right corner "+" icon and scan the QR code on the robot vacuum or select "Dreame Robot Vacuum D9" from the list of devices.
4. Follow the prompts in the app to complete the connection process. Make sure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during this step.
Note: If you are having trouble connecting, try resetting the Wi-Fi on the robot vacuum by simultaneously pressing and holding the buttons "▲" and "▼" until you hear a voice saying "Waiting for the network configuration". Once the Wi-Fi indicator is slowly blinking, the Wi-Fi has been successfully reset. Then, retry the connection process in the app.
