To assemble the YARDFORCE GM R40A Petrol Lawnmower, follow these steps:
1. Start by removing the packaging carefully to prevent damage to yourself or the lawnmower. This lawnmower requires a two-person lift to remove it from the packaging.
2. Check all the parts indicated in the manual to ensure they are present. Inspect all the parts for signs of damage. Do not assemble the machine if you observe any damaged components.
3. Assemble the lower handle by inserting it into the deck and fixing it with a self-tapping xxxx .
4. Lift the upper handle and lock it in place using the fixing xxxx and tensioning bolts. Ensure the lower and upper handles are firmly connected. Make sure the rope guide is on the right side when you stand behind the mower.
5. Attach the cable clips supplied to fix the cable to the lower handle.
6. Attach the grass collection bag to the frame by fixing all the plastic hooks. Hook the collection bag onto the mower and release the safety flap.
Once the lawnmower is assembled, you can proceed with filling it with engine oil and fuel, setting the cutting height, and starting the engine as described in the instruction manual.
