To check the status of your incident ticket with Verizon Global Incident Escalations, you have several options:
1. Online:
- Login to the Verizon Enterprise Center (VEC) at https://enterprisecenter.verizon.com. You can view your ticket and ask any questions there.
- Check the status notification emails you receive. These emails contain a link to the Quick Status portal, where you can obtain the most recent status or ask a question.
- Access the Quick Status portal through Quick Tasks on the VEC. Select 'Check repair ticket status' and enter the 13-digit Verizon ticket number and the first 3 characters of the customer contact name on the ticket as the PIN code.
- Use the Live Chat icon displayed within the ticket in VEC or Quick Status to communicate with a representative.
2. By phone:
- If you are supported by the US Service Desk, call 800-444-1111 to obtain the ticket status by entering or speaking the 13-digit Verizon ticket number via the Voice portal. You can also request to speak to a Service Desk Incident Manager.
- If you are supported by the INTL Service Desk, call +44 118 905 4017 to speak to a Service Desk Incident Manager.
Please note that the Verizon Enterprise Center Repairs portal provides more detailed technical ticket status information than the Quick Status portal.
