To start charging your electric vehicle using the VYNCO INSV0102 VMEV EV Charger, follow these steps:
1. Check that the VMEV Charger is powered. The LED should be blue.
2. Plug the charging lead into your electric vehicle. Always plug in the charging lead into the vehicle first.
3. Plug the charging lead into the VMEV Charger.
4. Follow the vehicle manufacturer's instructions to start the vehicle charging. Some vehicles may require the doors to be locked or a charging button to be pressed before the charging will start. For most electric vehicles, the charging will start automatically after 20 seconds.
5. Check the LED display on the VMEV Charger. If the charger has turned green and is flashing, and the status display on the vehicle shows charging, then the charging process has started.
Note: To stop charging your electric vehicle, check that the VMEV Charger is still charging or has finished charging. If the LED is flashing green, the vehicle is still charging and the charging can be stopped if required. If the LED is blue, the vehicle has finished charging and the battery should be at 100%. Remove the charging lead from the vehicle first, then remove it from the VMEV Charger. Make sure the LED status on the VMEV Charger has turned blue before charging another vehicle.
